Bought 5 heaters some was in boxes like brand new and once i opened they were used 🤮🤮 .. filled in on line query form but John Pye like a good con hid behind T&C and not willing to help a disappoint customer so had to chuck them away . this is an embarrassment they can trade like this and get away with it.
