Bought a navy padded long coat - no issues on photo or description. When arrived, has a large security tag on side of coat (I was advised when queried to visit a store to get it removed !! ) I then discovered one of the sleeves was sewn up and there was a large slit across the back of the coat making it unwearable unless you have one arm and are not visiting shops so the sale alarm goes off or you don’t mind people tapping you on the shoulder to say the back of your coat is slashed. Buyer beware , you don’t say !!! Expensive coat for the bin. No redress or apology at all
