Once again John pye staff was helpful .End November 21 I won few lots from Chesterfield one box went missing called Chesterfield it was a Chloe that I spoke to and who dealt with me said she look into it did take a couple of weeks and few phone calls but they was good kept me updated.They didn’t know where the box went One of the items that was in the box they had in the warehouse of the auction place they said they could send me that if I wanted and refunded me on the other lots which they did.All the other items I won and received was in perfect condition and new very happy with them .
