Absolutely terrible service.
They said my items had to be sent. Dpd never received them. I finally got through to a web chat who rescheduled the delivery. Nothing turned up.
Eventually I got through to Rupert. Who told me they have lost the goods.
I asked for a refund. They said no! They will replace. And now I’ve not heard anything at all. It has now been two months. Do not buy from this company. ☹️ No apology nothing.
