Have bought from JP many times in the past and on most occasions have been happy with the lots I've won. However, the first time I won a couple of lots which were being sent via DPD things have gone wrong. Only 1 item was delivered which was part of 1 lot. DPD asked me to contact JP and ask them to raise an investigation with them. I have been lied to twice as DPD confirmed they'd had no contact from JP to start any investigation. Finally after numerous emails they agreed to a refund of one lot but not the other as they say they don't do partial refunds. They will send me a replacement. Guess what, no refund exerted and no replacement sent despite similar items being sold in the auctions. It's not as though I'm asking for hundreds of pounds.
Customer service has been one of the worse I've ever encountered. No complaints process in place. Basically they don't care.....
