What a great service. I contacted the shop on 22nd December to inquire about a garden implement that I could not locate anywhere else (a hollow Tine Aerator). Spoke to a very helpful member of staff (Chris) who gave me some info on the implement, and the ordering process. I ordered it on the 22nd December and even allowing for the Christmas rush, the item was delivered to me the next day (23rd). All in all, a very efficient service and I will certainly use this shop again.
