Although I was disappointed that the Max/Min thermometer that I ordered was faulty, I was extremely pleased at what happened when I rang: the person who answered the phone listened and said that he would ring back in five minutes. Within that time he rang and said that a replacement would be on its way the next day and that there was no need to return the faulty instrument. The replacement arrived very promptly. Good service, thank you
