Things were fine no thanks to the way it was handed the box was stood up straight so I presumed that's the way it's ment to be so I leave it like that Iam prevent so cud not lift it to balcony I had to wait till my partner came home , when I do open it I find the 75 litre bag of compost is on top of all the plants which have crushed and broken my beautiful flowers and stems wasn't empresses salvaged wat I cud I still give v good review to your Center as I know this is down to the delivery guy
