The ordering system is very easy to use and I like the way you recommend similar or compatible items The delivery was very timely and the packaging was excellent - great care was taken to ensure the plants arrived in very good condition Just two minor things : when you give an option to give a gift message it would be much nicer if it appeared on a gift card rather than buried in a copy of an e-mail Also if an order is a gift then the prices should be removed from the tags / pots and the e-mail with the prices should not be included - it would be a nice touch to personalise gifts a bit more Other than that the service and quality are excellent
