I dealt with Killian over the telephone and, on each occasion, he was very polite, anxious to help and to give accurate information as promptly as possible. Lovely person.
I then met Lorna in person and she was super. Very patient (I'm a complete novice gardener) and very knowledgeable. I can't wait to go out to her again and hopefully get some more great advice on starting my garden.
Overall, one of my best customer service experiences in any retail outlet - which is why I am filling out the survey.
