We recently sought to make an online order but the website glitched when it came to checkout - I am sure that has since been addressed. I phoned the order through instead; the person who took the order was attentive and forgiving of my pronunciation of Latin names!
We were told the order could take a week to arrive but it actually came within a day or two - each plant was carefully packed and labelled with instructions. Delighted with the service and will most certainly use you again.
