simply on line ordering, with prompt confirmation and notification of delivery date. Plants in excellent condition on arrival. one of the plants I had ordered was not available in the size I requested so was replaced with two of a smaller size and I wasn't charged for extra cost!. have used Johnstown garden centre on line service before and it will continue to be my first choice. Will definitely plan a visit for next spring.
