I live in the UK and had run out of time to get a voucher sent to me so I could send to my sister for her birthday. I rang the garden centre, however the person who deals with vouchers was busy and I was told they would ring me back. Within 10 minutes I had a call and a voucher sorted and in the post on the appropriate day for my sister to receive it. I was very impressed with the customer service and will use this garden centre again. There was a real personal touch and i felt like they cared about all of thei customers. Thank you my sister was delighted to receive her voucher.
