I spoke with Sheila over the phone asking for a special delivery of a plant, as I wanted it to be accompanied by a sympathy card that I had written. I posted the card to her and when she received it, she called me to go over the details. She took my credit card and told me that I would receive email confirmations when the order was dispatched and delivered. I've received the dispatch email, but waiting on the delivery one. Sheila made it very easy for me to order with the special request.
