I ordered online and everything came via courier beautifully packed with only one tree showing a little damage.
I was however a little disappointed with some of the plants, the container sizes are specified but not the expected plant size. A specific plant I ordered for the pond was almost not identifiable as a plant, it was so small and in such poor condition.
I'd recommend that a sizing is added, not only for the container but as an average of what you can expect the plant or tree to be.
