The plant ordered on the online click and collect was wrapped as requested was a lovely specimen. However, my experience of click and collect method was anything but satisfactory. Firstly, the response via email was so slow that my suggested day and time for collection had expired before I got a response. Secondly, when I received the email to say when my plant would be available I called to the store around 2pm on the collection day but the plant had not come in yet from the supplier. I had a wasted journey to the store. Thirdly, as the holder of a Loyalty card I wanted to have my points added and this could only be done in store. I asked if there was a way of getting points while paying online but this wasn't actually answered. The points were added at a till. I was looked after well on my second visit to collect the plant.
