The online service based on over 8 orders I have placed over the past 4 years has been excellent. Customer service is first rate and staff very helpful. For example I recently queried by phone the availability of a rose that was not advertised online. I was informed it was in stock and they would put it up online for me to order. This was done in less than 30 minutes and I was then able to order the roses and other items which were delivered to my door within 48 hours. Plants were of great quality and carefully wrapped as always.
