Saw 2 buxus ball on stem on website advertised for €49 ea and a highlighted offer of 2 for € 79. Decided to buy and ordered on website. Went to checkout and could only get 4 for €158. I rang office and told the girl who answered that I only wanted 2 plants. She said she would check out the problem. I checked the website later and saw that the offer had been removed and that 2 buxus were now €98.. An increase of €19! I later got a message from the same girl stating that the original offer was a mistake and that the 2 buxus were available for € 98! I couldn't believe that any reputable company would do that. It is not about the money but the whole episode left me feeling that I was conned. By the way I bought the buxus at the € 98 price.
