This was my 1st time not shopping in store in person, the member of staff I got on the phone went out of her way to be so helpful to me, I wrote an e-mail to thank her as sadly I'd forgotten her name & was sent a truly lovely reply. The delivery was very quick & the care put into packaging the plants was simply excellent, I wish other companies would take as much care packaging their plants. The only thing I would suggest I would love more plants on the website in particular the cacti section, I totally understand you can't put every plant on your site as you have so many in store. I would recommend Johnstown to anyone who loves or cares about plants. Thank you Johnstown Bernadette Darbey. :-)
