Well, first of all, they did *not* ship living plants in snow & hurricane red-weather-alert conditions across Ireland and when they shipped, the plants came in a tidy box with ventilation holes, safely tucked in with packaging materials that was tight enough to secure them in place and just loose enough to ascertain air ventilation. Tracking information was precise and easily available via emails with links to directly access the status. The three Venus Flytraps are of a nice size, apparently they've had their 1st year already, judging by the flower-trunk-stump in the middle, so that's sizeable, mature plants and the colourful pot-covers were an unexpected, nice surprise :)
