Considering they are such a big company I’m always amazed at how they can still give individual customers their full attention. I contacted them regarding a tree that I couldn’t find anywhere and straight away said they could order it in for me. I really expected to be quoted a huge price since it was a special order but the price was in keeping with that of their other trees. I keep coming back to Johnstown because of their superior service and quality products. We bought beech hedging from them a couple of years ago and other people remarked on how strong it was compared to hedging they bought elsewhere. Postage is extremely reasonable given how much effort they put into packing everything up. Looking forward to my next purchase.
