You asked me to write a review to help you improve Customer satisfaction.... well I don’t think it can be improved. 5 stars all the way. Simple to navigate and order on your online shop. I even had a question about the plants that I purchased and I phoned the shop and I spoke with a lovely lady who was very helpful and informative. I can’t remember her name but give her a pay rise 😀. The plants were delivered really quickly and packaged well and in top condition. Also on top of all that they were great value for money. Even your postage cost was very reasonable. I will definitely be recommending Johnstown Garden Center. Keep up the good work
