I was very hesitant about ordering plants online, but I shouldn’t have worried, our plants came in excellent condition, however due to the deliverer, ( which was no fault of Johnstown’s at all ) our plants were going from depot to depot for nearly 5 days, we contacted Johnstown and they immediately addressed the problem, the following day our plants arrived but due to the deliverer our Gardenia wasn’t in the best of shape, Johnstown were in constant contact and when we told them, there were no questions asked at all and a new Gardenia was sent to us immediately, fantastic service and professionalism, if your worried about making an online order don’t be, Johnstown provide a fantastic service and this will be the first of many orders I will be making
