This was online shopping at its best. I ordered two potentilla shrubs late on Tuesday evening for collection. As I would be passing Johnstown on the Wednesday afternoon, I asked in the comments section if they could be ready for collection at 3.30-4.00pm, which was unreasonably short notice.
The order was ready and the courtesy and service at Johnstown were excellent. Thank you.
