Excellent service, all plants have arrived in very good condition. Well packed so if parcel is handled wrong way round no soil is lost from plants. Both my orders were delivered upside down by courier (even though well labelled on outside to which way was up ! ) I already recommended your on-line service to my sister in UK and she has also made a couple of purchases which she was very happy with, especially with the very reasonable postage costs charged.
