I honestly love all aspects of Calibrate. I feel like the lessons, coach mentorship and doctor oversight have really helped me improve all aspects of my health. I've been on the program and using the medication (Ozempic for me) for 3 months now and have lost 20 pounds so far, which has been great, but more than that I feel incredible - I no longer feel sluggish and I've been able to consistently go to the gym and to just enjoy life with my young kids! My mom and sister have both followed in my footsteps and joined the program as well - we all love it!
