I love the philosophy of Calibrate and how it’s a holistic, research-based approach to weight loss and wellness. The doctors, the support team and my coach have been instrumental in my weight loss journey so far. It is not a quick-fix program so go elsewhere if that’s what you’re looking for, but if you’re willing to do the work and really commit to making long-term change over a year or more, you’ll succeed. For me, I haven’t felt this hopeful about losing weight in a long time! So glad I found this program.
