I honestly could not be happier that I found this program. Weight has been something I have struggled with my entire life. I stumbled upon an ad for sequence and decided to do some research. Since the day I signed up, I have felt so supported by the team. Any time I have questions or concerns, the team responds with suggestions for me and they have always been insanely helpful. Week 5 on the books and I am down 15 lbs and feeling amazing! They check in to see how I am feeling and ask about how my body is handling the medications. I would recommend this to anyone!
