Have been using sequence for about 1 year, I have dealt with the hurdles of getting Mounjaro and believe me they are frustrating. I have been successful at losing weight (54lbs) but essentially I only use a sequence for the prescription. I can do it w/o their support. I am most frustrated with the time delay it takes to respond to messaging. It is especially slow anytime during a weekend or holiday so I do not find them a high reliability company, far less than that. Because of the lack of timeliness in getting back to you many times I've missed my scheduled dosing. Getting back to you in 2-5 days is outrageous.
