I signed up for Sequence in July and the process has been painfully slow. It takes days to get a response, sometimes more than a week. After finally being informed that I qualified for Wegovy under my insurance and that the prescription had been sent out, I was told at CVS that not only is it under backorder but my insurance doesn't cover it. Why was I given false information?
