I actually have nothing bad to say. I switched from a different service that went out of network w my insurance. They made the transition super smooth and got my insurance approval pretty quickly. I waited maybe two weeks from approval to getting my meds. I was lucky to have already to worked up to the 1.7 Wegovy pen and haven’t been impacted by the shortage. The last telehealth service also did not offer Weight Watchers, a dietician or fitness plan like Sequence does. It’s a very good value and way cheaper than where I was before.
