How many stars do you give a program that has changed the course of your entire life? Sequence has stewarded me through the most important change of my existence. Where once I was completely at a loss, I am now on the path to a whole and fulfilling life. I know this is said a lot, but I LITERALLY have tried EVERY diet and WOE, I even trained to be a Keto instructor just to make sure I really know the science and was doing it right. The level of depression from my weight -- weighed me down to the point I was questioning the value of my life. I am really only about half way through, but just knowing it is working is keeping me going. ALl the other diets worked for a short while then either I failed/it failed me. I have an immense amount of gratitude for the guidance and medication and am looking forward to reaching my goal.
