I was nervous to join a program like Sequence because I was afraid I’d get lost in the shuffle, just being a number, not hearing from my advocate or assigned dr in a timely manner. None of this happened! My advocate responds to me every time within an hour, my doctor stays on top of my case and the program in and of itself is very thorough and easy to understand. I’ve been on the program 3 weeks and I’ve already lost 9 lbs. I highly recommend Sequence!
