I could not be more pleased and thankful for the Sequence program. Having a team of supportive people that stand alongside of you guiding you through your journey is priceless. Started Sequence October 9th at 190lbs and weighed in today at 160.4. I still have a ways to go but knowing I am not alone makes all of the difference. One valuable thing that this program has taught me is that it is not just thing that creates the journey. It is nutrition, physical activity, mental awareness, and the commitment to make a positive change in my life. I deserve it. I will be successful.
