The care team is horrible. Getting a timely response is nearly impossible. The physician doesn't thoroughly read the chat. I was prescribed an incorrect dose. They caused numerous delays and strictly because of this, I wasn't able to get my medication on time . They never take accountability for their actions. They try to blame you or anyone else for their lack of follow up. They even tried to blame my insurance for a preauth being late; turns out the fact was Sequence never even asked for a pre auth. I don't trust these people.
