Buyer BEWARE. I selected the 3 month plan with the understanding that I could cancel if insurance denied my claim. Sequence WILL NOT file a claim for me so therefore insurance cannot be canceled. I am told that they cannot file because of a restriction that was not revealed until AFTER I signed up. The only medicine available to me WITHOUT paying additional money is Metformin. Other medications will be an out of pocket expense at around $800 and up. This plan appears to be another preying on people WHO ARE desperate to lose weight without restrictive dieting and extreme exercising. So again beware; your insurance cannot cancel a claim that they never receive.
