He not only delivered on the code, he also organized and shared it well across projects. Communication was bit of an issue at first, but we quickly managed that through Microsoft Teams and arranging work items well, and posting all updates in various channels for build/release/pull requests/approvals, etc. I think with the right set of processes in place, JointoHire is great to make things work.
