I ordered a selection of pretty things for my granddaughters 1st birthday, born in lockdown last year, approaching her first birthday and I haven’t met her yet.
After being given 5 delivery slots the clothes have still not arrived. Car breakdown/ sickness was used for the excuse. I accept this for the initial delivery but not 5 times.
This morning I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund. That apparently can’t be processed until the parcel is delivered, I have to return it and then wait for the refund, we’ll how long is that going to take and when am I ever going to actually receive the items. In the meantime, I’m £75 down with no present for Ivy.
I love jojo maman Bebe, the classic smocked dresses and tops with pretty embroidered hems are what they do best.
I will never shop online again as they are a reasonably expensive product and give the impression of quality and superior service and then use the cheapest worse courier service.
I’ll stick with Boden in future, they use Royal Mail, always guaranteed.
It’s down to me now to call back in a few days to see if they can track down the order while they hold on to my money, no suggestion of them contacting me, never again
