I never leave reviews, but thought I just had to after receiving such amazing customer service from JoJo. It’s such a shame to the company that there are so many bad reviews and hopefully they are trying there best to improve on this, which is why I think they have gone above and beyond to help me.
I purchased a product for my baby in June before he was born. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the product and I’ve not even used it but my nerves have got the better of me and I don’t want my son using it. I emailed my concerns to JoJo on the off chance they would be happy for me to return it maybe offer me a gift card. They have gone over my expectation and arranged for a collection and offer me a full refund. They really didn’t have to and I am so grateful!
