If you describe your item correctly and you do mention scuffs and stains in the lining, that ought to be OK, however they don't keep to their own rules, I sold a bag through them, I had mentioned scuffing, I had mentioned some ink stains on the lining very clearly in the description, then I hear nothing and they have the bag for a week, then I get an email from them their "Quality Control" noticed ink stains in the lining and some scuffs, NO SH1T SHERLOCK, it was IN THE DESCRIPTION and the buyer now wants another reduction of 80 Euros and basically gets a very rare bag for next to nothing. Is it a relative of the quality control or does quality control and buyer not read the description? I think I rather have my bag destroyed than it going to a freaking magpie!
