Sold 3 items, checked with them about condition, apparently when every flaw is mentioned, it is fine, however then their "checking team" mentions the small pull that was shown and mentioned, you get NO REPLY they want you to sell it dirt cheap, if you don't agree, you get no answer. I asked to see the item destroyed, to provide evidence they haven't sold it and pocketed the money, didn't get that, so my item is gone.... I can't recommend it, an expensive dress lost, no customer service, no real reply, apparently they are too good to actually reply.... Oh well, luckily there are plenty of other options to sell with!
