I buy and sell luxury items on Joli Closet. The sold items pass through their conformity control. Some sellers are not fast to ship the items to Joli Closet, however once the items arrive to their facilities, the control is really fast. When I sell, they send emails, sms and call us to ship the item if it is not shipped 2 days after the sale. Never had any problem, I indicate all the flaws and show them in the pictures.
