Yesterday, I visited Jones and co with my 16 year old son and, all I can say is, the experience was fabulous! I’m afraid we didn’t catch the name of the guy who looked after us but he knows who he is and so I’d like to thank him for a truly pleasant experience. He listened very carefully to my son who has very specific ideas on what he wants. Many frames were tried on and, although we didn’t quite get the right frame this time, I would definitely return to Jones and co. Their range of spectacles is amazing, from classic styling to cutting edge design to quirky artsy vibes, but it’s the customer service that truly shines. Thank you so much! Five ⭐️
