Jones and Co is an outstanding opticians. The eye test is thorough and not at all rushed, and the staff are brilliant at selecting frames that not only suit your face but your individual style. The ones Gareth picked for me just look amazing and I would never have found them in any of the high street chains. In addition, the staff are warm, friendly, courteous and professional and really listen to what you have to say so you get a product which really makes for a very satisfied customer. A lovely coffee and chocolates, the whole experience is amazing. I have rarely encountered such excellent customer service anywhere.
