We seem to get so used to 'just another mediocre customer service experience' in most places that a trip to Jones and Co is most definitely a refreshing treat. At Jones and Co it is truly a great experience and not simply a transaction. They definitely have the knack of making you feel the most important person to them while you are there and nothing is too much trouble. They are definitely an example that others could learn a lot from. On top of the experience are the fabulous frames and I can't tell you how many positive comments I get and how many times I get asked where I get my glasses from. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
