Same as the other reviews, I ordered a dress, it didn't fit me, so I sent it back via 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, I tracked the parcel and it was delivered to them a month ago - I even have a signature! But no refund, no communication from them. I have contacted them via email and facebook (no response) and have tried calling the office (no answer - but it has been engaged a couple of times so they are clearly using the phone for something!) To be honest the dresses aren't that great either, pretty poor quality for the price they charge! Wouldn't buy from them again.
