Definetely a scam. I bought a jacket from this site based on an Instagram ad. The pictures and offer seemed reasonable, however when the item arrived it was of very poor quality and significantly smaller than advertised. That's when the problems started. Despite the returns policy, the reality is they don't really accept returns. They put multiple obstacles in the way. They only have a single office in China - for all of their purchases. There's nothing wrong with that at all BUT all returns have to be returned there, at your own expense. If it's lost it's your liability. If they decide the return is invalid, it's your liability. Returning the item can cost anywhere between £20 and £60 and still there's no gaurantee that you'll get your money back. I've given up any chance of getting my money back
