We turned up to view a property that was up for sale. We waited 15 minutes and no one from the estate agent turned up. There was already two people waiting outside the property that had a viewing 10 minutes before ours. No one from the estate agent called me or the couple before us to cancel our viewing. I then re arranged the viewing to which a day before the viewing it got cancelled again!! I also don’t think 10 minute viewings are enough time to have a look around a property and discus things. I am a first time buyer and this is the worst service I’ve had with any estate agent. Very disappointed.
