I've made a purchase and all the warranty information on the item being bought it was that it can be returned in 30 days for whatever reason. You just need to pay the cost of the shipping. You only need to get in touch with the support team and request the address for sending the item back. I'm trying to get the address since 23rd of June, I was requested to open the package and take a photo of the item, which I did, and now after sealing the package again, they are requesting more photos. The warranty say you can return for WHATEVER reason, the refund is a different conversation, but they continue to refuse to send me the address due a policy that was never mentioned in advance. #XXNVJJJ8
