I've got the Josephinenhütte Starter Kit. The white wine glasses and the red wine glasses are indeed above and beyond the rest of all the other wine glasses, I have bought before. They bring out flavors and nuances like no others before. However, the Champagne glasses are a complete failure: They add aeration and therefore oxidation to the sparkling wine, plus: they do not have the little roughed-up spot of glass in the bottom center of the glass that the Denk-Art Champagne glasses have integrated, that keeps the bubbles bubbling. What a shame! Riedel has already introduced a sparkling wine glass a while ago that I thought was inappropriate. But getting the same failure from Josephinenhütte with Zalto on board is even a deeper disappointment. These glasses are not for sparkling wine, they are good for Caribbean rum.
